StuyFooty General Safety Rules and Guidelines
Player safety is the top priority. All participants are expected to play responsibly.
Injuries must be reported immediately.
All players must adhere to the rules of conduct and avoid aggressive or reckless behavior.
Metal studs, detachable studs are not allowed.
In the event of an injury, Play will be stopped.
Players suspected of having a head injury or concussion will be immediately removed from play.
In the case of a medical emergency, staff and school will be notified.
Players are encouraged to stay hydrated before, during, and after matches.
Matches may be postponed or canceled in case of lightning, heavy rain, or unsafe field conditions.
Physical confrontations, violent behavior, and unsportsmanlike conduct will not be tolerated.
Players exhibiting dangerous play may receive warnings, penalties, or suspensions.
Respect for supervisors, teammates, and opponents is essential to maintaining a safe environment.
